The board delegates to the superintendent the responsibility for developing required rules/regulations and procedures to carry out the policies of the board and to operate the schools of the district. These rules/regulations and procedures shall constitute the administrative regulations governing the schools.
All administrative rules/regulations or procedures which originate from the administrative staff must be approved by the superintendent before adoption, modification or disapproval. No administrative rule shall be in conflict with board policy. All administrative rules/regulations or procedures recommended by the superintendent shall be reviewed, but need not be approved, by the board before implementation.
